The short answer is no. In most cases the panel is not made available as a replacement part at all, but even when it is available, it always costs more for us to buy it than you paid for the television when you bought it new. We recently checked for a lady who had just paid 700.00 for her Vizio TV and it was dropped while they were hanging it on the wall. With Vizio the panel WAS available but our cost was 1325.00, nearly twice as much as the television sold for new. That did not include the cost of shipping or labor for changing it out. Hisense is a low end Chinese brand, they do not make replacement parts of any kind available to servicers to repair their sets, your only option is to buy a new one. Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news, but even if it was repairable it would not be economical.
Take it to them or call, they don't charge you to tell you.

My screen is cracked. TV come on and the functions still work from what I can see. Is this fixable?
