Since new management has taken over, this property has become great. They even are planning to renovate it soon! Love the location and the apartments are nice. Mine overlooks the lake! Great place to live.

Lots of issues here at this apt building your apt manger does not do her job at all the police are here every week and drugs are in this building and rats and mice are here its low income and sec8 but are state laws being followed here no they are not so there was here looking at the apts yesterday fixing some stuff but left a mess in the halway now they got staff now last time i checked they should clean up after them selfs that is not happening this is your so called maintance team last time i checked they are to clean up after them selfs or as they go this is not happening and therer are light that dont work in the hall ways and the manger saw this but nothing gets done last time i checked if the manger saw this then she is not doing her job now lets switch this up lets say this was mcdonals and if i had light blobs that did not work i would get write up for it i would get my ass yelled at i just dont understand what is going on they put sign in the stairways but there is no cams its just signs and they trying to acted like there is cams in the stair ways and in the elevater but there is none they just useing the cams on each floor lol now its sad that i have to point this out but im smart then the manger here how abort this i become the manger here im now be coming a target here i feel unsafe here and im get in ready to take them to court and file a law suit AND NOW THAT I HAD A MEETING WITH MY TEAM THE MANGER WANT TO TO COME UP WITH A PLAN ITS WHAT EVER AND IT IS TOKE OF MY RECORD ITS TIME FOR ME TO GET OUT OF THIS APT I FEEL I CANT STAY HERE MUNCH LONGER so we got new manger here things are a lot better the issue i got now is bed bugs and mice and rats

Please use caution when renting from this location. The building was poorly remodeled on a tight budget by absent out of town owners. There are still problems with crime and getting repair work done on the building. I have put in 3 work orders to get my bathroom fixed to no avail. The local manager rarely shows up for work and the Colorado owners don't appear to care what happens. I have lived her for 4 years and the pictures speak volumes.
