According to the website there are units available. My son is interested in moving to the downtown area. He went to the property to inquire about the units available for rent and any possible amenities such as if any of the available units have washer & dryers. The manager Cecilia noticed my son in the office but didn't acknowledge his presents for about 10-15 minutes and then finally told him she would be with him in a moment as she was having a conversation with a property employee. She continued her conversation for another 20 minutes. When she finally talked with my son, she was very apathetic. It was if she really didn't want to discuss any possible open units and in fact discouraged him from inquiring further. She didn't even ask when he was looking to move in (what apartment manager doesn't ask that question in the beginning?). I know that the rental market has recently experienced lots of issues due to the pandemic but helping prospective tenants should still be a top priority. Based on our experience with this property manger this is not the case.

I have lived here for three years . I really need some fresh paint on my walls . No matter how much I clean the place still looks ran down . please help !!!

Edit: I'm happy with everything about this place since we have some relatively stable management now. The place is a lot cleaner than it used to be and management has been helpful when I've needed them. They're really nice apartments at a good price.
