They don't repair cracked screens. The cost would be more than buying a new TV.

For most brands replacement LCD panels are not available at all. For those brands that do make them available the cost is never less than the original cost of the set when new.

My LG LED SMART TV was purchased in 2018. The screen will go dark. We have checked the settings and a factory reset and it’s still dark. After an hour or so it goes back to normal for awhile and then dark again. Is this something you can dix?
