I hate my nails so much I asked for stars and they put snowflakes 💀like it’s not Christmas and they did my nails so bad and I asked for round nails and she left it square lady was nice tho but it’s so over priced they basically robbed me will never go to that place ever again

They were rude and made me feel like a leopard. I had gone there before with no problem but this time was different. My legs and feet were swollen. I have lymphodema which basically means I retain water in my lower extremities. First she said she couldn’t help me. I asked why and she told me I had diabetes. I told her I don’t have diabetes. Then she said she wouldn’t do cutdowns. Trimming your nails is a cutdown. I asked her again if she cud trim my nails. She said no. That’s the reason I go get pedicures, to trim my nails and remove any calluses and paint them pretty. She was yelling and everyone was staring at me. It was so awkward. I still don’t understand why this time was so different. I have been there probably a dozen times with no problem. One of the ladies even told me if I pay extra she massage my legs longer. Massage helps promote circulation which aids my lymphodema. I had been there several times with lymphodema. She acted like I was contagious. I left so embarrassed.
