My friends vizio 60in tv powers on then off have to do this for 5 to 7 time before it stays on cant figure out what the problem is

I'll be happy to examine the set for your friend and give him a free estimate to repair the problem. Modern sets are so interconnected that pretty much any board in the set could be causing the it to act this way, so without having it on my workbench to troubleshoot there is not much I can say about what the cause might be. We remain covered up with new incoming work and I am still running about 10 days to 2 weeks behind. With football season beginning and the Chiefs winning I am not likely to catch up much.
