They are so very rude and this place isnt even clean. They have dirt and dust every where. Curtaine, floors and bed had stains. Staff are so rude. And act like hood rats. Most terrible place ever.

I don't know where you stayed but there are no hood rats when I stay there. Staff are always kind and courteous. Rooms need updating. Its my understanding that will be happening soon.

I don't nean any harm but I read the reviews and I need to ask if any of you are black because it seems they only treat black people this way. They are rude and down right nasty,they made my grandson cry, stating it was only 2 adults allowed in the room at all times and no children.

You are absolutely correct. The only reason I stayed there was because of the treatment center and my insurance paid for it. I would never choose to stay here if I had a choice.

Agreed. Worst customer service I ever experienced in a hotel. Person literally told me they don’t provide the same service to people who book through 3rd parties.

Agree mostly. They did seem rude. It's an old hotel in need of renovation. But it seems to be where people getting cancer consult in area can stay at reasonable cost.
