I wonder if that same someone has also been homeless, and gone many days without eating as he continues to receive paychecks with a net of zero dollars for full time work, all the while being told that he is going further into arrears and is now more than $50k, while his ex-wife refuses to let him have contact with his son until she "gets her money"?? Perhaps some, if not many fathers out there do not care to provide for, nor have a relationship with their children. However, I know for a fact that there are men out there that are doing all that they can to pay court mandated support all in hopes that they could just ' Please see my son"?? Does no one consider anything beyond the dollar bill? If a man is working as hard as he can to support the family he has at home, and is "just barely getting by" as so many of us are, is it reasonable or even rational to expect that same man magically now have the means to support the original house and now a second one? just a thought..
Unless they get a speeding ticket, then they pay a hefty "court cost" fine, etc same day. Talk about justice??....
