Did you go thru hotel promos they will still charge you
Did you cancel late with a CC on file? Most hotels have a policy of charging for the room if you cancel within one or two days of the reservation.
No problems here for us. Have stayed here twice and found them very helpful. Sorry to hear you have had issues.
Most places charge if you do not cancel within a time period. You can always dispute charges with your credit card company.
