Why do the card keys never work? I'm staying here for a month for work and am constantly having to get a new key. It's very frustrating!
Are there elevators to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors? Staying at one currently with 2 floors and no elevators or luggage carts to get your luggage up after we had evacuated from Hurricane Florence & had 5 of us in 4 loaded cars to get in 2nd flr rms
