It was a great hotel that was very close to the airport. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were very clean and neat. Really enjoyed the sparkling pool and loved the breakfast and shuttle! Will definitely come here again when I have a flight to RDU!!

Positive: Staff is friendly and helpful, Hotel is Clean and pool was clean and like my stay. like the breakfast. Negative: the only thing I don't like was the fact that the day I arrived something happened to the phone line and could not reach the hotel to pick up from the Airport until 2 1/2 hrs. later and the corporate phone line was not helpful at all. very disappointed

Pros- Hotel is very well located for our trip. Very well priced compared to the surrounding hotels. Coffee and waffles are a plus in the morning. Staff is good avg. Wendys is walking distance it you need a snack. Pool is outside. Cons- the rooms have everything you need tho are in need of some updating. When we arrived it was 90+ outside and the room AC was not on. No a big deal. Also we ended up noticing someone had a pet in the hall we assumed the odor we catch every once I'm awhile it a pet odor. Overall, for the duration of our trip the hotel is fine compared to others I've stayed in over the years. For pet friendly hotel it very good. If the trip was shorter I may have opted to stay at a slightly more newer/expensive but like I said for the price it not a bad deal I would recommend

Front desk was very friendly and the other guests were pleasant. Some parts of the room had heavy wear but it didn't bother me. Overall not a bad place, but the airplane noise is a bit too much for me.
