Positive: The staff was great, very friendly and communicated with guests throughout the day. They were open and honest when asked questions and did their best to assist whenever possible. Negative: Carpet in the room should be replaced. Replacing the carpet along with a few other small maintenance things would bump this hotel up. Pool was closed, & had been for a while. Would have been nice to know when booking. Wifi went down twice an hour.

I stayed here for the weekend to attend a graduation. The room smelled and the carpet was very sticky. The continental breakfast was very limited. The counter staff on checkout seemed perturbed to provide me a receipt for my stay and did not ask if everything was okay for my stay or even thank you when I left. Disappointing. Would not return here. The only plus is it is very close to the airport.

Positive: Close to the airport Negative: Smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. Room reeked of smoke even though it is advertised as non-smoking. Refrigerator did not work. Pool was closed. Outside firepit did not work and the area did not look like the pictures. Do not recommend this hotel

We actually did not end up staying here. We had a reservation for 3 nights and when we arrived, we were dissatisfied with the room and checked out. The rooms are just very run-down. Our room had an odd smell to it, the carpet had lumpy spots throughout, the heater made a loud noise when running, bed and pillows were VERY worn. Also, there was a hole in the door to the bathroom. Overall, just not worth spending money to stay here, in my opinion. I will say the staff was VERY friendly and made it simple/easy to cancel our reservation. I was very thankful for that. I just wish they would use some money to renovate throughout.
