This hotel is pretty nice, and clean. Our room is good for two people but its like a studio apartment, very spacious and almost everything is there. I like the mini kitchen, the big refrigerator and the dish washer. Worth the money I've spent.

I am a flight attendant, my company has started using this Franchise. This is a awesome hotel. Friendly staff, awesome clean rooms, microwave and refrigerator. Close to Walmart, which is 5 mins walking distance. If u looking for a place to stay choose this hotel. Great coffee in the morning. Awesome staff through out the entire hotel. You will enjoy your stay.

The room itself was fine but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink or shower. Called down to the desk and was told to tap the handles slowly to find the sweet spot and get hot water. After a day that began at 4:30am I was less than thrilled. Decided to wait until the morning and tried their method with no results of hot water. Even spoke to the desk again in the morning when I checked out and they just shrugged like it wasn't a big deal. I'm sorry but not being able to take a hot shower was not pleasant. I was able to use the kitchen sink to wash up. My co-worker did not have hot water either in her room at night but did in the morning. The experience was unacceptable for a major hotel chain.

First time staying at Home2 Suites and I'm very impressed, with very easy check in using their app with the digital key. The room was spacious with plenty of storage if staying for some time. The kitchenette had GE appliances. Loved the shower instead of the traditional bathtub. Now here's the problem.. water is the danger in any bathroom. While taking a shower, the shower door would open close to 2" allowing water to go out on the floor, which we had placed a towel to catch the water. I noticed directly above the leak, on the ceiling was a patch work of repair, indicating that the room above had the same issue. A possible solution is removing the rubber stop on the shower frame and installing a magnet on the frame which should prevent the door from opening due to being unlevel. This hotel could easily be a 5 star if it wasn't for the water issue.
