I try not to write negative reviews but I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. We just needed accommodations for an early morning flight. It appears the hotel is very dated…I can look past the rusted make up mirrors, broken lamp shades etc. But the most concerning thing was the absolute filth of the room. There were liquid stains and hair on the bathroom floor (clearly never mopped). The walls appeared to have mold. The wallpaper was peeling with some very large stains that looked like a crime scene had probably occurred in the past. Our door was broken and came out of the frame and wouldn’t close without some major manipulation. Housekeeping needs to be trained better. Surely there are monthly and yearly deep cleaning schedules but they are not being accomplished. I have pictures of our room if corporate would like some more information…hopefully they can get this property up to par.

I stayed there with my kids the night before and early morning flight out of Raleigh. It was perfect. The rooms are quiet, spacious, clean and comfy. The shuttle service was easy and convenient. The man running the shuttle is super nice and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here.

I don't know what happened to my other review, but I want to go on record that I had an amazing time during my stay! I checked into the hotel on 2/28/22 for a four-night stay. By the time I arrived, I was exhausted, frustrated and bewildered to say the least. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They always answered questions and the camaraderie we established felt like family. From loaning me a phone charger to the van pick up at Fast Park, these ladies were at the ready. My room was spacious, well appointed and spotless! I really wanted to go to the fitness center and get in the pool, but I stayed in my room for the most part. As I stated earlier, I don't know what happened to my other review, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Room phone was unable to be called by front desk per front desk. Microwave did not work. Only able to charge phones or use electric accessories in certain outlets. Few mirrors. Very few lights. One tv only got certain channels. Shabby overall. Was clean and beds comfortable. Would not stay here again. After completing one review for hotel (Booking.com) we were asked the next day to complete a second and at the end of the second there was a request for a third review to a different source. We have since blocked the site.
