My group walked into the store and were greater with attitude. We were informed the dining room was not open even though both sets of doors were unlocked and there wasn't a note posted saying drive thru only. We were allowed to order at the counter but were made to go outside to eat. We received our food and it was cold with no taste. I went to put salt on my food and when I opened the package, it was clumped together as of it was previously wet and dried again. When my husband went back to get to get his missing sandwich, he could hear the employees cussing and being rude that he came back for his missing item. We definitely will not be back.

Im the only car in the drive thru and had to wait 10 mins to be served now I see why no body comes here! Smh

I went to Wendy’s Airport Blvd(RDU) today for a late lunch(around 3pm). I ordered a #4 chicken Classic with American cheese combo, no pickles. In addition I ordered a junior frosty. The young lady gave me the bag and said thank you, I said you forgot my frosty…. She apologized and went to get it, in the meantime Because the sandwich doesn’t come with cheese, I wanted to double check it was on there. When I opened the bag, I noticed I had a regular size fries as well as a small or kid fries…. So I said to the young lady you gave me two fries, maybe they misunderstood, for the frosty. I took my sandwich out and I gave the bag back to the lady. When I opened the sandwich I noticed it didn’t have tomato, so I asked the young lady what comes on the sandwich, she confirmed tomato, she asked if she could give it to me separate on a plate, I agreed! The other young lady came back with my bag, which I’m still not sure what she did cuz she still had both fries in the bag, they handed me the frosty and I asked again about the tomato, she then said they are out of tomatoes, that’s why it’s not on my sandwich. I pulled off, headed back to work eating my tomatoless sandwich, I opened my frosty…. I couldn’t believe they really saw that mess and thought it was okay to serve me. Disgusting! I called and called…. Of course no answer. It would’ve been better if they said we are out of tomato and allow me to decide if I still wanted the sandwich, also if the frosty machine wasn’t working or wasn’t ready, I rather them do that than serve me like a dog. Worse experience ever! I just need to cook🙄🙄🙄I am over it!

Note: Do not come to this Wendy's an hour before it closes. Which is 10pm. Just waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a weird tasting Dr Pepper and sandwich that is not what I ordered (due to no Beef at this location) and lack of all the toppings I requested. But too hungry to care that much to wait another 20minutes to fix so yeah. Not even a tomato. 😭
