The service is Ok but very slow. Sometimes they even forget your order. The food comes in good condition (that is if your eating in the restaurant), otherwise is probably going to become cold. The ordering machines barley even work. And the drinks are insanely sweet. I now have a stomach ache thanks to the “premium hot chocolate”. The signs are also very misleading. The hot chocolate, was supposed to come in the plastic cup with whipped cream and chocolate. Instead, I got chocolate milk in a coffee cup. The staff is nice. The food is ok, as long as you don’t get something super sweet. Their ice cream machine is “broken” 24/7. They also will not give you the sauces you order. By far one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to.

I have been to this location 3 or 4 times in the past 6 month, and the service is the worst, the food is wrong all the time, and most of the employees are rude and don’t care about the service or food put out. 1 1/2 years ago this was one of the best McDonald’s locations with exceptional staff and great fresh food. I don’t know what happened but they really need to fix it bad.

This place.. I try my best to be sympathetic, but this place needs to be shut down. Between the staff audibly being rude to each other and about guests, and the lack of service both at the front desk and at the drive through, this place is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. It's truly a shame. Orders are never right, managers seem to not care, and long waits in drive through when there is no one inside being served is absurd.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I been to in a while. The food is always cold, the doors are locked at 7pm, rude kids taking orders, etc. They are very good at messing up orders by not reading them back for accuracy.
