I've rented a few storage facilities over a the years--from 2nd floor-climate controlled units to drive-up units across NC. But I have to say, this place is probably my most preferred. Nice location off a main road. Prices are comparable for the area. The woman who helped me out answered all my questions and even gave an alternative solution to what I had in mind, in terms for unit size, after explaining my moving/storage situation. Thanks DJ!

We have been using this storage place since November and live out of the area and aren’t able to check on our unit regularly. I was there recently to remove some items and was happy to see that the unit did not have any smell of mildew, completely dry and no evidence of bugs/critters. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend SmartStop.
