I came in on a Wednesday evening on an outing with my husband. We asked if they had jelly-filled donuts and the young man said no. As my husband was asking about it, I was looking around for a table for us to eat at. All the tables were gross. I figured maybe they had a great customer turn out that morning? My husband turned and asked me did I want anything, but I looked over at the ice cream which did not look to appealing either. So to save face and to be polite. I said we'll since they don't have what we wanted I'm ok. And we left. The staff all seemed young, but they didn't seem to be playing around. It was solely the appearance of things as to why we left. Train them. They'll do great. If management ever sees this: We were visiting the area from 1.5 hrs away. If your store does it's best in the morning. That's fantastic. But you can earn new customers that prefer sweet treats in the evenings by -keeping the dining area cleaned at all times -work on presentation *The ice cream looked hard and dry and the lighter ice creams looked like they were browning. The donuts on display looked like they were tossed around. The the parchment paper was not tidy under them.

06/04/2022 I had an iced vanilla latte without sugar, a tomato pesto grilled cheese, and hash browns. The drink was custom made, and because of a mistake at the register, they didn't charge for the hash browns. The hash browns took a while, though. Otherwise, I would have only needed one photo. My mom had a hot vanilla latte without sugar, a sausage croissant, and hash browns.

Yeahhhhhh just don't come here. I came to visit my parents from college, and them not having food for me, I came here for breakfast. The drive through was pretty busy so we went inside. Big mistake. The order was almost completely wrong. We ordered a drink for my mom that we had to wait over half an hour for. It was almost lunch time by the time we got to leave. I've worked in food before and I understand being patient, but they had just completely forgotten about the drink and never gave it to us. They are just too disorganized, don't come here. This is honestly one of the worst places I've ever been.

Poor customer service, closed dinning. Pathetic service. Ordered cream cheese bagel with cream cheese missing. Placed online order and requested to Dark toast. Forget about Dark toast they did not even toast it.

It's the same practices you can find in other places. Space, no many people in the store, use masks,etc
