Worst Taco Bell ever. Got a taco box and this is what I got. No lettuce, barely any meat or cheese. 12 tacos, not one prepared correctly. That’s the only thing you should be able to make correctly.

Worst service times of any Taco Bell I’ve been to (I’ve been to almost 50). They generally get the order right, but the last two months I’ve had to wait nearly an HOUR in the drive through line during lunchtime (and nearly 45 minutes for food after finally being able to place my order). Fast food is supposed to be cheap and convenient… this location only gets one of those things right. Needs new management and staff. Can’t blame the pandemic anymore.

I think the previous messages were all directed from 5-19-22. I was there and I specifically heard the manager be little one young female employee and said I don't feel like listening to people mouths outside in the lobby you go. That poor girl got so be littled by customers in the 2 hour wait I was there. It was so bad never in my life I have seen this type of service in any country. 40 people waited inside for more than 4 hours after they took our money.

Service at this location is extremely slow going. Which honestly I can understand and be patient with with as things have changed so much would be able to get workers. Being a manager myself I can totally relate to that. However what I cannot relate to is that the last 2 times I've visited this location and a customer had a concern or a complaint the manager on duty was extremely rude to that customer. So while he was not extremely directly rude to me as I was not the one complaining your daytime manager could really use some customer service training. He literally just says it's not my fault I can't do anything about it and it's extremely unhelpful when a customer has a complaint.

My work mates and I had decent success with that location initially, other than wait times, but finally gave up when even the manager repeatedly botched orders and continued to clear our mobile orders without actually making them. We now go to 54/55 location. It has a smaller dining room but after several weeks they haven't had a major screw up yet with an in restaurant or mobile order.
