I began casually emailing with Kendra months ago to acquire a 22 Rav4 Hybrid XSE in a particular color. She checked in with me regularly to keep me up to date on inventory and their process, eventually contacting be to let me know they had created a wait-list. She invited me to come in to get put on it and scheduled me an appointment with Jeff. I'm always nervous going into a car dealership because you never know if you're going to get an overly aggressive/pushy salesperson or if you're going to get a nice one. Jeff was incredibly pleasant and walked me through the process to get put onto the waitlist without pushing me to look at any vehicles. He sent me away with some paperwork of the exact car that I wanted that was coming in and told me that if there was no one else on the waitlist they would contact me when it arrived. To my surprise just a few days later Jeff texted me (on his day off) to let me know my car was coming in and I was first on the list. Knowing that he wouldn't be able to help me himself Jeff coordinated his colleague Brian to assist my husband and I upon our arrival. Brian was also very friendly and answered all of our questions very clearly. They got us a great rate with our monthly payment in the range we wanted. We decided to move forward with the purchase and went through all the paperwork with Wendy who was also very pleasant and incredibly efficient in her job. Brian walked us out to our new vehicle and offered to show me the ropes as I have never had quite a high-tech vehicle before. Everyone that we interacted with during both of our visits were great, the process was smooth, and I really appreciated the extra customer service from Brian. They earned our business for sure.
