As a small business owner Being sick is a problem. Brandi (Doctor/Nurse) at Enloe Prompt care was very friendly & helpful. Made me feel like she really cared about me & how she could help me get back to normal asap. I Highly RECOMMEND Brandi & Enloe Prompt Care. By far the best!!

Veterans, avoid this facility. Although the VA says Enloe has an agreement in place, Enloe does not honor it and will not accept payment from VA-connected health plans. They flatly refused to bill VA or to accept payment from them. Non-veterans, avoid this facility. Your insurance likely won’t cover it. The name “prompt care” is a sneaky way to make you think it is “urgent care”, which means your insurance will not cover it as an “urgent care” visit.

My wife walked in last Sunday to have a bloody cat bite attended to. The intake staff and Nurse Jenn were especially helpful and kind. The facility was clean, well-organized and comfortable. She had a 3-minute wait to be taken to an exam room and immediately received a careful review of her status. The physician was thoughtful and thorough. For an older couple, this was just what we needed; we felt cared for. Thank you, Enloe!

It’s not a Covid Testing site
Wasn't asking for a prescription to be filled. Was asking b if they would see a covid patient to determine if they needed a prescription.
Call them and ask for the records department. They would be to help you and getting your records.

I'm pretty sure they have full services during their hours. They triage, so unless you have a severe injury, expect several hours of waiting. More so on weekends when other providers are closed.
