Had my first visit at Mangrove Medical, and I have to say that every aspect was fantastic, from my first call to set up an appointment to walking out the front door. Every staff member was helpful, courteous, professional, but also warm and easy to talk to. Truly zero complaints.

They advertise that they accept Medicare as a insurance but then turn you away if you also have medi-cal even though medi-cal doesn’t cover anything but prescriptions

I purposely bought good insurance so that I could get quality care. But signing up with Mangrove Medical was the Worst thing I could have done. Took a week for them to respond to my email about symptoms I was having. Called yesterday because I was having breathing troubles and found that both doctor and nurse wet out for the day. Left message with on-call nurse have never heard back. Worst decision I made was going to Mangrove Medical. DO NOT BECOME A NEW PATIENT!

Yes you can have tests ordered by other physicians done at Mangrove Medical Group.
I don't really understand your question. But I will try.... Other doctors out side of the Mangrove Medical Group providers can prescribe for our patients but that does not mean that one of the Mangrove Medical Group providers will prescribe the same medication if asked. Or... None of the providers at Mangrove Medical Group will prescribe for a patient that is not an existing patient of the Mangrove Medical Group. Does that answer your question?
