Bought a silver chain 3 years ago when we were living in Kingston and it broke within 3 months..We we're in the area recently and thought I would give them another try. Bought another silver chain and after wearing it awhile I noticed something sharp on my neck by the hook. It was a piece of silver that had come apart from the chain. Besides the fact that it lost it's beautiful shine that it had when I bought it. I live in Florida and we were traveling through visiting friends when we stopped in the store. Very disappointed. Cannot believe I bought a second item from them! Buyer beware!

I wouldn't trust them to determine the worth of a quarter much less an actual diamond
They do not have accurate appraisers. I bought what I was told was a 3 row, 3tcw, 14k white gold wedding set here and paid over $5,000+tax on Dec.24, 2018. I did not receive my appraisal paper work till Sept. 3rd or 4th 2019 when I tried to sell the ring. My diamonds were SUPPOSED to be "Well matched SI1 -H- Diamonds" I called for 2 weeks trying to talk to owner and he NEVER returned my call. I finally drove there and was told they would trade it for any ring they had. After having them pull almost every solitaire they had out of the case there were NO 3tcw SI1 diamonds there. I told them to call the owner and I got 3 different stories from 2 different girls in where he was because they were not listening to each other. One told me he was in Mexico, and the other had told me he was there that morning but had to leave and then the one that said he was in Mexico said he had to go to see a client. Now I'm trying to sell a ring that's worth is not even 1/4 of what was paid for it
I would not trust these people alone to touch any jewelry I had
