The store is very small with a small selection of many different items ,the prices are overpriced for bracelets and they feel very thin very disappointing

Store is closed and there is no information from Kay Jewelers customer service or on the store door why or when it will reopen. I’ve been trying to pick up an online order for two days and no one can help me retrieve it. It is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone. They charged my card and have my jewelry but no one is giving me any information on when I can actually take possession.
