I stayed in previous Extended Stay America in Oklahoma and thought it will be close to similar, especially being close to the airport. I booked non-smoking through T-Mobile Travel, but when I got my room, the smell of cigarette immediately gave me headache. The front desk lady was good enough to give me another room, but this one was worse and smell of marijuana all over. There were cockroaches scrambling and immediately noticed how dirty everything was. Going to the front desk again to ask for another room, I knew nothing will be clean based on the condition of the building and the set-up. I ended up going to Holiday Inn Express for the night. T-Mobile was good enough to try to get me a refund, but the owners refused. It will take a great overhaul to make this place decent enough. I do not recommend.

Near the airport. The room was clean but lamps non functional. Much to be desired, especially for the price.

This was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. We asked for a new one and they said no, but fortunately I could upload pics to Hotwire customer service and they refunded us so we could leave immediately. The carpet was disgusting. Good, trash, toys, old socks under the bed. We think Semen on the chair. The bathroom had stains and dirt everywhere. The whole room smelled of smoke. Couldn’t get out fast enough.

There is an elevator which was intermittently out of order during our stay over the weekend of 11-13 May 2018 during graduations at NCCU School of Law. We were told that there were plans to rennovate or restore the elevator in the works. Other repairs and upkeep were apparent during this stay. We were accomodated by having our rooms on the ground floor.
