Are there elevators to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors? Staying at one currently with 2 floors and no elevators or luggage carts to get your luggage up after we had evacuated from Hurricane Florence & had 5 of us in 4 loaded cars to get in 2nd flr rms

There is an elevator which was intermittently out of order during our stay over the weekend of 11-13 May 2018 during graduations at NCCU School of Law. We were told that there were plans to rennovate or restore the elevator in the works. Other repairs and upkeep were apparent during this stay. We were accomodated by having our rooms on the ground floor.

There is an elevator and they do have carts..
