My husband and I along with our 4 kiddos ages 1-15 are coming to Jacksonville fpr Jr Olympics and we are wondering if this beach is family friendly or if anyone can give us suggestions on family friendly beaches.

Yes it is

This is definitely a family friendly beach! It's very calm, relaxing, and beautiful! There are often other families there so you don't feel too alone, yet it's never too crowded either. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are no lifeguards. If that's a necessity, then I would recommend Atlantic Beach. That beach is also very nice and family friendly with lifeguards too, it just can be trickier to find parking.
