Samantha Marshall was excellent in handling our issues. We had a number of things including tags, lisence, and voter registration. She was patient and very helpful. In over 50 years of dealing with DMV 's in various states this was by far the best experience I have ever had. She gets a 10 out of 10!

Took my Son to take the road course and get his drivers license the day after he turned 16. The proctor wasn't friendly at all after coming back in and complaining about my Son not following directions ( I never have issues with him not accepting directions). After talking with my Son I found out that the proctor was giving bad instructions and hesitant about what he wanted him to do next. He would tell him to go when he meant stop. I feel that the proctor failed my son on purpose. WILL NOT GO BACK

Horrible attention the lady who is in front for information acts as if she hated the world and even more her work please hire people who are kind and smile I am not the only one who has been treated badly there are countless people who when you say you are going to this tax collector warns you about that lady and some employees that it would be better to go to another one even if it is further away... they should do an evaluation of their staff
