I am getting a florida license,transferring from North Carolina. ....I have all documents except my birth certificate. ..I have sent for it 5 weeks ago and have not yet received it.....will this be a problem if it has not arrived ?

I believe you need your birth certificate. Don't forget you must have an appointment to be seen and get your license.

I'm not completely sure but I really think you do need your birth certificate if your coming from another state
