Do they have monthly rates? I've seen people stay 1-2 months and I looked it up and it's in the thousands about 4k is the site right or do you have to call for the rates of such stays?

Yes you do have to call. If you reserve ahead of time, it could be cheaper.

You have to call and see if they have them available. You would pay for the whole month up front. I'm not sure if they're still doing the long term lodging anymore.
