These room are really nice. Been here about two months due to a housing issue. They are more than accommodating and are prompt with fixing and fulfilling any needs you may come across during your stay. Check out is at 11:00am but you can request a late check-out around noon and if you have any issues maybe a lil later. I recommend this place to anyone who needs rooming while visiting or awaiting transition into a home. Good luck. I know you will like it here.
I would say this time of year the rooms would be available. I went there as a walk in in December, a busy time of year and got a room right away. Check out time was 11am
