5 stars all the way. They always give the best service. And food is amazing!!! Only once ever have I had to contact customer service. Which was recently and the waitress was just misinformed. They took care of it beyond my satisfaction. I've been back twice and both visits were as amazing as always. It says a lot when in probably 30 yrs we have only had an issue once with the service or food. Highly recommend.

We have been to plenty of Red Lobster 🦞 This location has plenty of parking, very quiet location. Short detour off of i19 heading into Tucson or Nogales. Very clean environment. Stephanie was provided excellent customer service..

Not worth it. Only good for their cheddar biscuits, and their box mix allows you to add more cheese. Ordered the bowl, which is really just the size of 2 cups. At this location, make sure to call the number on the sign and do not rely on the texting service—no one knows where those messages go.

We got the endless shrimp here and it's definitely worth it. The shrimp always came out perfectly cooked and is delicious. I prefer the two grilled options. Service is also very kind and attentive.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
You have to sign up for their rewards program online. (Or on their app). They then send you a Birthday coupon in your birthday month. Just like most other major food chains... Everything is join a "group" these days If it's currently your birthday and your hoping for a discount now. Unfortunately, im pretty sure, your out of luck for this year.
I went a couple months ago and there was a sign on the door that said it was closed due to landlord/lease agreement.
Its a must unless you want to wait 20 to 30 minutes
