We stayed here for a week in Aug 2021. Just finishing another week stay. We won't be returning again. The price and location is good. However, the place is shabby and going downhill. The room had a mild stale smell to it. They don't keep up with the breakfast items. Almost daily I had to ask for items that had run out and not replenished. The "customize your kitchen" sign in the room is misleading. When I asked for some of the kitchen items (like glasses rather than coffee cups) from the sign, the front desk admitted they don't have some of those items and the sign is outdated.

The hotel was very clean and came with a pot, pan, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and silverware for the kitchen. The staff was also very friendly, respectful and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stops that go to downtown and connect to the airport. There is a grocery store, CVS, a movie theater and other shopping and food options within walking distance.

I highly recommend staying at this place. My experience here has been phenomenal! The manager Carlos and his staff are remarkable ,accommodating and make this place a home away from home. I feel safe, warm and welcome here! From the management all the way through housekeeping everyone has created an environment of care and concern that keeps me coming back! The rooms were basic. Nothing special. What kept me here was the staff. Every last employee has made my stay great. Mel is awesome. She called my room to make sure I had everything I needed. That is something you don't get everywhere. Always a pleasant feel when interacting with the staff. So. Thank you.
