Doctors here seem to come and go. It's a teaching hospital, and salaries elsewhere are higher. The odds your Doctor is still there... ???

Provided the same Doc is around, I'd say you have a 50% chance they'll remember you and an 85% chance if you had something rare or remarkable happen. Glad to see your still doing well 19 years later!
