They are super nice when you are getting situated there. But you MUST stay on top of everything. I fully believe that my husband would still be alive today if they had listened to me the first time I said I felt something wasn't right. They ignored it until i started hollering and a doctor finally called me and agreed to do a new scan.Guess what I was right but by this point it was too late and damage was horrific.

Some great staff, some terrible. I would never want to return there, I couldn't wait to be moved out of there. I remember how angry and violated I felt and still do, God willing I will never have to be in a place like this again, and I thanks to alot of the staff I know what to be observant of should one of my loved ones need long term care.

Shands, Select all the same, terrible service. My cats get better care at the vet and the staff there communicates.
