In general, we recommend keeping up with the Chapter Reviews, Exam Reviews, practice problems, and practice exams provided by our Study Experts to best set you up for success in your courses.

Hi Haley! Typically, we recommend the Gold Membership for students using Study Edge for one course. However, given the number of courses you indicate using us for, we strongly recommend a Diamond Membership. This will give you more tokens which will make it easier to watch review videos and access our online services uninterrupted.

Hi Claudia, we do not livestream our reviews for same-time remote viewing. If you are unable to attend the live review session, the recording of the session will be posted to our app by 10 A.M. the next morning!

Hi Caroline! All of our live in-person review sessions are recorded and posted to our app by 10 A.M. the next morning, so it is the exact same content deliverance on both viewing platforms. However, students who attend the in-person review sessions are able to ask questions as they arise while reviewing the material which can be an advantage in understanding the material.

Hi Emma! Our Study Experts spent years mastering these subjects and have tailored their reviews and study materials to follow the classes you are taking and how your professors structure them. Also, the cost of our monthly membership is significantly less expensive than the cost of meeting with a private tutor on a weekly basis.

Hi Jessica, yes! Once you purchase a membership, you may enroll in the courses you need for no additional cost. We recommend purchasing the Diamond Membership if you need to use Study Edge for multiple classes at once. This will help you access all study materials you need without interruption.

We know every student studies differently but we recommend watching the chapter reviews and exam reviews when they come out. We also recommend attending our weekly study hours, where you can ask questions and get help on more specific topics in the class. We provide mock exams and many practice questions for every exam, so be sure to check those out when studying!

Hey Justin, That's a great question. First, we have learned to predict how the class flows based on our many years of experience following along the classes. Second, we use the syllabus that shows the pace at which a class moves. Finally, we listen to students are actively taking the class, and we learn about any updates or deviations from the syllabus.

Hey Lauren, The diamond membership is designed for students taking multiple courses with us. It offers more tokens and some other resources that give students more flexibility. Having said that, we have thousands of Gold members taking multiple classes, and they are perfectly happy with Gold.

Hey Katie, There are multiple opportunities to ask specific questions. First, you can ask questions throughout the review if you attend the live review session. Second, each class has study hours. These are just like a professor's office hours, but we do them over Zoom or in Library West. Finally, if you have any material-related questions, we definitely encourage you to post them to your Class Wall (can be found in Study Edge Web App). This will allow an opportunity for other students to see the question and answer in case they have a similar question. The Study Experts should answer your question within 24 hours if posted to the Class Wall. Happy Studying!

Hi Krystina, We do not offer one-on-one tutoring, but we do have Study Hours for each class. These time slots allow you to work directly with the Study Experts in a setting similar to office hours. If you would specifically like private tutoring, we recommend going to Tutor Matching Service as they are the official tutor sponsor of the University of Florida.

Hi Charles, The online reviews are the recordings of the in-person live reviews. If you miss an in-person review you can watch the online video because it is the same as the in-person review.

Study hours are offered for each course! They all are at different times in the week but every course offers them.

you can get multiple classes with one membership!

If you upgrade your membership, your credit card is immediately charged the full cost of the new membership, and your tokens are replenished to the new membership level. Your tokens will then be replenished and your credit card will be charged the next month on the date that you upgraded. For example, if you upgrade from a Gold membership to a Diamond membership on September 10th, you will be replenished to 200 tokens that day and your credit card will be charged $75. Your tokens will be replenished back to 200 again on October 10th. If you decide to downgrade your membership level, your tokens will be set to that membership level, and you are charged the amount of the new membership on your next replenishment date. For example, if you downgrade from a Diamond membership to a Gold membership, you will be charged $50 instead of $75 on your next monthly recharge date, and your tokens will be replenished to 100 instead of 200. You can make changes to your membership on "My Account" page

Emails are generally answered from tutors within 24 hours.

Hi Jordan! Our review sessions are available both in-person and online! Each class has a review schedule for the chapter reviews and the exam reviews which is posted on our website. If you are unable to attend an in-person review session, you can access the live recording 24/7 on our website or mobile app.

Hi Denise! Our study hours are a time for our members to have direct contact with the tutors in a more personal and relaxed setting allowing students to feel more comfortable. They are available to answer any questions you may have about your material whether it be through Zoom or at an in-person review session.

Hi Jaclyn! We offer a variety of other resources for our members including study hours and a "class wall" option. Both of these services were designed for students to have more direct contact with our tutors to be able to freely ask questions. We recommend our members to utilize all resources we offer! Typically, students will watch our Review Videos first, then complete our end of packet review problems that correlate with the material. If students have any further questions, they may post them directly to the class wall or attend study hours.

Hey Isabella! All of our services are exclusive to members only. However, we do offer your first in-person Review Session for free. Hey Aaron! While Study Edge is not solely a private tutoring service, we do offer many opportunities that are similar. We offer 1-2 hour weekly study hours for every course on a designated day of the week. These study hours provide students with an opportunity to directly speak with their tutor in a more personal setting about any questions they may have on the material. Hope this helps!

Hi Brennan! Our concept review videos are based off the material taught by your professors during lecture. We tailor our material to best follow the concepts of each of the lectures. Similarly, our review sessions are created to follow the same content order that the material is taught in your class. There are some instances where our tutors may see a more efficient way to explain a concept or go further in depth, but the overall content comes from the same concepts.

Hi Cristina! Study Edge offers material for some of the most popular courses that UF offers. A lot of these include the typical "weed-out" courses such as CHM2045 and CHM2046, MAC2311, ECO2013 and ECO2023, and STA2023. We do however go beyond just the intro level courses and offer material for many upper level courses such as BCH4024 and FIN3403.

Hi Sukriti! You can definitely receive access to multiple classes per semester! Gold Memberships give you 6-12 hours of video each month and Diamond Memberships will give you 12-24 hours of video each month. Diamond Memberships are typically recommended for students taking multiple courses, but both will give you access to multiple courses and all packets.

Hi Sofía! With the Gold Membership, you will have access to in-person Chapter Review Sessions, in-person Exam Review Sessions, and in-person Study Hours as well as watch 6-12 hours of video each month. With the Diamond Membership, you have access to these same services in addition to the ability to skip the line at reviews, 12-24 hours of video each month, access to weekly virtual Study Hours, curated Study Plans, and access to our Study Essentials and Life Essentials courses. Diamond memberships are typically recommended when taking multiple courses that Study Edge offers.

Hi Alana! Organic Chemistry and Physics are two of the many courses we offer. With each course, tutors create both chapter and exam reviews for students to watch with practice problems at the end of each review. Our tutors also create practice exams and session quizzes on the app to give you access to even more practice problems!

Hi Tatiana! During Study Hours, students have the ability to study with tutors and directly ask them any questions they may have along the way. All courses offer weekly Study Hours with both Gold and Diamond Memberships and are typically held at a campus library, somewhere close to campus or on Zoom.
