Disney offers Military Rates on a resort rotation. They always offer it but not always at the same resort. I've stayed at the Fort Wilderness Cabins at 20% off.
They do at Shades of Green. However not at the Fort or other Disney Resorts. Contact Shades of Green and you'll find what you need.
I know they offer it on tickets and on there hotels but I dont know about the camp grounds
