No insurance needed. Just a driver's license and over 18.
No, we did not have to hand insurance card but you have to be over 18 (I think) and have a valid driver's license on file for each person that will be driving.
I'm not to sure on that but you do have to have a driver's license if you drive a gulf cart, and I definitely recommend booking one for your stay weeks before you go because they are limited and hard to get.
