Yes he is right. Decide where and what you want to stay in on the fort. The canins run in the mid low $400s. You can rent campers and/or tents off property if you don't have them -lots range $60 into the low $500s. That is a hard question to answer without a lot more information. Such as how long is your trailer or camper, are you looking for a full hook up, or are you looking for one of the cabins? Once you have all that information you should be able to look on the website And see roughly where the number is today. I would add 10% per year to that number, it should be in the ballpark.
