Do they have a senior citizens discount and is there a minimum number of nights that you have to stay?

There is no discounts for seniors specifically but disney sometimes has discounts on the sites and packages. Minimum is 1 night.

We didn't get a senior discount, Disney usually doesn't give discounts. They have an connection with AAA travel, but we called directly to Disney.

I don't think there is a minimum of nights to stay. They may well have a senior discount but we are 64 and didn't get one
