The chocolate aside (even though it's incredibly delicious), I just want to talk about Sheila. Sheila is a bundle of light and joy that made my entire day. She is knowledgeable, funny, sweet, and made a normal retail interaction an experience to remember. She is an angel that should be protected.

What is there to say.. if you love chocolate this place is for you. Stopped in to get our fix while waiting for Gideon's. This place just smells amazing and tastes even better. I opted for the dark chocolate with sea salt and wasn't disappointed. The chocolate was so good and the salt just added that extra beauty to it. It was awesome to see the workers putting together pieces of s'mores as well. The decor was a nice touch too so don't skip this place if you have a sweet tooth.

Great customer service but terrible artisanal s’mores. Probably my fault for spending $8.50 on a s’more instead of chocolate from a place called the ganachery but alas here we are. S’more graham cracker was soft, marshmallow was Luke warm, and dare I say overall it was too chocolatey—but very pretty to look at.

I paid $9.00 for one S’More!! It was nothing special; better if I had simply roasted a marshmallow over a fire myself.

Yes. You can customize your own box of any flavors available and as many pieces as you like. If you don't see the flavor in the case, always ask as they often have additional favorite flavors in addition to the featured seasonal ones in the display case.
They do not participate in the Disney Dining Plan at this time so you wouldn't be able to use a snack credit. They also only honor the cast member discount, and not the passholder or dvc discounts.

Yes. The Ganachery is at Disney Springs. It is open to everyone. There is no admission and the parking is free.
