Without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever been to. As soon as I got to my room the TV didn't work and the fridge didn't either. In addition to spending two days without wifi. But the worst thing about this hotel is the disastrous and disgusting treatment of the reception workers. When you ask them they speak badly and with reluctance. In addition to Disney ticket vendors. Be very careful with these people. If you want good service do not come to this poor low cost hotel.

From the moment we checked in until we left the staff could not have been more helpful. The valets are wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. The rest personnel were very informative . We have a member of our group in a wheelchair and the bus drivers were wonderful with her, always going above and beyond. Our room was spotless and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all friends and family.

My friend and I stayed for a week and I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Check in was a disorganized mess, our room had a braces band from a previous guest, the bathroom tile was dirty, our “new towels” had grey spots, AND I got sick from mold exposure. I have a sore throat, congestion, and cough that cleared up when I left. Not only does the air vent have mold outside it but the filter inside isn’t properly placed.

There's one about 6-10 minutes away (depending on traffic). It's on the other side of the interstate next to a 7-11 gas station. It'll be on your left hand side coming from the hotel
In the hotel there is a bar and a restaurant, and a 10 minute walk you have all the restaurants of Disney springs.

Not worth it. That street has several great hotels side by side. Once you turn on to Lake Buena Vista you will drive past hotel after hotel. Others have no or significantly fewer fees.
There are bus services that go to the Disney parks.
We were there week of December 21st. Pools and hot tub were closed due to weather. October might be better weather.

They do not at wyndham however you can walk to the Disney Springs center ( about 1/4 mile) and get on one of many busses. Go to any resort from there and pick up the bus for whatever park you want to go to. All for free. We even took the skytram to a resort and picked up bus back to Disney Springs. It was fun.

$10 resort fee, but the $20 is self parking, NOT valet. To my knowledge, they're not offering valet at the moment (stayed there twice in the last month).

Mears runs shuttle to Universal by reservation, shuttles to Disney parks every half hour. Yes there is a parking fee.
Every 30 min and the earliest arrives around 6. 30 am and the last one is around 11 and sometimes midnight. If you're worried about your extra magic hours, you'll be covered

Yes. It is requstable. A 'park' view room allows you to watch the nightly fireworks at Disney Maguc Kingdom. Corrected, it is Epcot. Still, pretty cool show.

In front, crossing an elevated bridge you pass to Disney Springs. The Disney Springs stores, you can check them at www.disneysprings.com.

At this hotel it is offered on Tues, Thurs and Saturday....of course in the parks and on property hotels like Contemporary and Grand Floridian they are offered daily

Yes, you buy them right there, with experience, at the Disney store inside the hotel or with the Wyndham group but the latter will send you to talks for a minimum discount

The hotel is like a Disney franchise but it is not official. There is no relationship with the parks. Maybe there are offers or discounts in relation to that but you will have to communicate by email.
There wasn't a pull out in my room. It will be tight with 5 people in the room but the resort is nice and perfect location for Disney Springs.
There are NO microwaves in any of the rooms. There is a microwave in the cafe though

There is No free breakfast not even muffins. They have a shuttle service I did not use it but it seemed to run less often than other places.

Yes, but when they do, that isthe only breakfast you can get. You cannot order off the menu if you want to have a light breakfast. Perkins is a 15 minute walk for a full breakfast.

Unfortunately not. Remember that this hotel is within the Disney grounds, Universal is competition. However, they have a ticket booth for different parks and attractions that will gladly provide you with the information you need.

Not sure bout lost and found but that was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Horrible service and the cleaning crew went through my personal belongings and the monitored my internet activities and made me check out a day early. Its not in America, its in Disneyland. I've never felt so invaded.
Breakfast isn’t included, but it also not expensive either! $17 for a breakfast buffet per adult isn’t bad! There’s no shuttle to the show but it is literally a short walk through Disney Springs, maybe 10 mins
