We’ve got one of the worst Verizon sales reps today! The guy named Matt who “helped” us was full of attitude and arrogance. Once he found out our credit check was not approved, he didn’t bother to explain a single detail but immediately concluded the conversation and gave us a hint that we should leave. Even after we asked for details like application number, he refused to do so which is in violation of customers’ right according to Customer Service. We get it, this deal could no longer provide you commission, so it was considered dead, but things could be done more nicely. A judgmental way is never an option.

It's a shame when qualified people are looking for a job, the tech staff at this location are absolutely clueless when faced with a simple technical issue. I had a problem getting non stop notifications from Google Chrome, asked them for advice, all 3 staff members had no idea how to correct the problem, suggested I delete and re load Chrome or call Samsung, etc. walked away totally frustrated. Luckily my son was able to fix the problem in 10 seconds. Don't go there!!
