We've often gotten the FL Resident discount at the Cabins at Ft Wilderness. There are a limited number available though and open up over time. It's best to call back often to check if the discount is available after booking at full price. Keep trying and calling is better than online.

They do offer FL residents discounts at the campground. If they are not running a special at the time you have made your reservations the cast member will suggest calling back to check with them before you arrive.
Not at campground, they don't give it because it's always full,i called a year in advance for next Dec a it's sold out
