It's best to either reach out to them through FB or call the shelter, they don't really respond to these on Google. There was a law -4..Only 4 of dogs or cats. Not 4 dogs 4 cats etc. It was still 4 in the last 5 months since I moved
There is not a limit on cats but the leash law does apply to them. Also, rabies and license required for each.
