I found a dog running around with no collar i asked the neighbors if anyone owned her but there was no luck. I tried calling the animal control but i got no answer can i just take her there?

Yes you can. They can check for a chip to see if their is an owner. If not, they will examine the dog and if in good health and temperament, place it up for adoption.

You could always call 911. What kind of a dog is it?
