This is a kill shelter. They do try their hardest to get animals out and constantly waive fees to get them adopted quicker, but it's not guaranteed they will make it to a home. This shelter does work with many rescues and fosters though
Right now the shelter is not taking any pets bc they are having to resurface floors. Be aware that cumberland county animal control is a kill shelter, when they get full and have no more room, they have to euthanize. Unfortunately there are always more animals than homes
