This was my worst rental car experience I've ever had. We had to get a rental from the Raeford road location in Fayetteville, NC. To start with the car smelled so bad that my wife couldn't drive it. It wasn't a cigarette smell it was way worse. There was dog hair all over the seats, and the car hadn't been cleaned. So after dealing with this car for a day we tried trading it in to get a different rental. When finally did get a replacement vehicle and it was a little better. Vehicle was dirty like the last one and the vehicle started to shake at around 60mph. The last thing I will say is that they don't fill the gas tank up. Whatever level the last person returned it with is what you get.. Please do not go to this location to rent a car!

The neighborhood locations will accept a bank card for payment plus the $200 hold placed until rental is returned and will work with you, but the airport locations do not.
