I am a dentist, and I have been making dentures for over 30 years. The AvaDent digital denture is by far the best denture I have worked with. I do several implant dentures a week. Prior to the AvaDent digital denture, I would have several broken dentures a week. With the AvaDent digital denture, I rarely have a patient bring me a broken denture. The AvaDent denture is almost impossible to break. My patients have a better fit, fewer adjustments, and more smiles. For patients, I would say you'll be extremely happy, and you will have fewer visits to the dentist. For dentists, I would say your patients will be happier, and you will have fewer nonproductive appointments. Due to the minimal breakage, good fit, and strength of the AvaDent digital denture, I have eliminated about a months worth of appointments a year.

AvaDent is simply the best option for digital dentures. They have the problems figured out and when new problems arise they are helpful in solving them. The best. The smartest. The most committed!

I have worked with the Team at AvaDent for the past 18 months. I have been truly impressed by the professional interaction and the prostheses that are created. As a Board Certified Prosthodontist, the opportunity to collaborate with knowledgable and discerning laboratory colleagues provides confidence and comfort to deliver the highest quality restorations for my patients.

As a lab tech at NewStart Denture + Implant Partners I have loved working with AvaDent. The dentures are great quality and the consumer service representatives are friendly and helpful!

Questions & Answers

When considering opposing fixed removable hybrid restorations, is it advisable to fabricate upper and lower in zirconia? If anyone can site related research or publications... greatly appreciated!

Because so many variables exist, many dentists choose hybrid materials. In some situations, it may be best to mix materials depending on what is being done. In a case where both the upper and lowers will be installed, it may be beneficial to install zirconia along the top and acrylic along the bottom. The key here is to work with a dentist that knows and understands all of these factors and can offer the right recommendation for your needs.

Are these laser printed?

We do not print dentures for long term use, we only print for try-in dentures which are typically used for only a few weeks. Our dentures are milled from a single-piece monolithic puck. The teeth and gums are one piece not glued together like most printed and traditional dentures are made. This makes them up to 8 times stronger, no more teeth popping off at the wrong time. The material is also denser because of our patented manufacturing process, which helps the colors stay true longer and helps keep bacteria and yeast from growing on them and eliminates any shrinkage which could cause an issue with the fit of your denture. Printed dentures are nice because dentists can now print them in their offices but the material has not been proven to be a long term solution. This may change in the next few years but a milled denture is proven to be stronger and a better fitting denture than printed dentures.
