I had a rental car reserved for a work trip and had to make a change last minute through my corporation. The agent at the desk at the Fayetteville, NC regional airport was rude and unhelpful in trying to make anything work, and essentially would not honor a reservation. 0 stars.

Enterprise usually let's you rent with a debit but you have to have enough funds to cover deposit and cost of the vehicle and a utility bill in your name.
It depends.. but you have to have deposit correct address on license n i think full coverage as far as insurance n sometimes they want you to have a credit card with the money on it to cover everything ive already mentioned besides full coverage but u still need to have full coverage insurance thats been my experience renting a car...
